No. Because we have a full liquor license and permit, per Ohio State Law no carry-ins are allowed at any time.
Yes, we have ample free on-site parking for all your guests & vendors including designated parking for mobility and handicapped guests.
Yes, our venue is handicap accessible and ADA compliant.
All you need to reserve your date is a deposit ($4,000) and a signed rental agreement. Please contact us, and our staff will be happy to help you verify availability and secure your date.
Yes, we are open year-round. Both our Ceremony and Reception Venues are equipped with heating and air conditioning for the year-round comfort of our guests.
To ensure a safe, comfortable, and clean environment for all our guests, we do not permit pets on the property. An exception will be made for bridal party photos, wedding ceremonies, and service animals.
Yes, our venue is handicap accessible and ADA compliant. If any of your guests have specific mobility issues please ask and we will be happy to help in any way possible.
Your base rental gives you full access to the venue and grounds from 12pm-midnight. Our staff will setup tables, chairs, and linens prior to your arrival based on your agreed upon layout.
Yes, you can purchase up to 2 additional hours of setup time ($350/hour).

Yes, The Wilshire Reserve has 2 elegantly appointed bridal suites that include sofas, chairs, clothing racks, full-length mirrors, bright lighting, private changing rooms, and a fully stocked mini-fridge for the day of your event. Each bridal suite also includes an en-suite restroom and storage space for your personal items.
Our venue can seat a maximum of 350 guests for dinner but we also regularly host events between 100-300 guests.
