Yes, however alcohol may not be sold and is only to be provided to your guests free of charge, either directly or indirectly, unless authorized by the MTA and the proper license and insurance documents are provided (approval is a case by case basis). No liquor from outside the facility may be brought in by guests. Tips for bartenders/servers are permissible but may not be accepted by renter. Consumption of alcohol at the facility without disclosing it or failure to provide defined insurance authorizes the MTA and/or its rental representative to immediately shut down your event and to clear all persons from the facility.

Included in your starting rental fee is the Ballroom space and white table and chair covers. 30 - 5' Round tables 7 - 8' Rectangular tables Paper products for dispensers, trash bags, and cleaning supplies Vacuum cleaners, brooms, mops (dry and wet), and other necessary items for cleanup.

If alcohol will be served in any manner during the defined rental period, a Special Events Insurance policy naming the Port Huron Masonic Temple as additional insured party is required and written proof provided 30 days prior to the event date. It must provide for a minimum of $1,000,000 liability coverage.

If you cancel your date, the amount required at the time of the contract is signed is not refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of your event date any monies paid are not refundable.
