The Lume gives you 3,000 sq ft of event space in downtown OKC—no cookie-cutter packages, no upsells, just total creative freedom for up to 100 guests. Bring your own caterer, bar service, florist, DJ—whoever brings your vision to life. Hourly rental: $125/hr weekdays (2-hour min), $175/hr evenings & weekends (4-hour min). Your day, your vendors, your memories—for a fully personalized day.

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own alcohol, but it can't be self-served—Oklahoma's Marissa Murrow Act (effective 7/1/26) requires all alcohol to be served by someone holding a valid ABLE Commission Event Bartender, Caterer, or Mixed Beverage License. Proof of the server's license is due 14 days before your event, and event liability insurance with Host Liquor Liability coverage is required, due 7 days prior to event date. Zero-tolerance policy on underage drinking.
Yes! Free parking is available in the parking lot directly across the street from The Lume. Just look for The Lume signage posted at each entrance.
Ten 40" x 84" wooden tables, 100 white resin event chairs, two soft seating lounge sets, two Samsung Frame TVs with A/V, a Bluetooth sound system with wireless handheld microphones, a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, microwave, dishwasher), and free onsite parking. Our team presets tables and chairs for clients, and an onsite laptop and iPad are available for slideshow, video, and music presentation.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations 60+ days out forfeit the 50% deposit only; 30–59 days out forfeit 75% of the total rental fee; fewer than 30 days out forfeits 100%. One reschedule is permitted per reservation if requested in writing at least 30 days before the original date.
Rental time is billed hourly rather than bundled into a set package—weekday business hours require a 2-hour minimum ($125/hr), evenings and weekends require a 4-hour minimum ($175/hr). Your rental time must cover setup, the event itself, cleanup, and vendor load-in/out, so book enough time to include all of that, not just guest arrival to departure!
Insurance is required if alcohol will be served, regardless of guest count—minimum $1,000,000 in coverage naming Dayclub Modern Workspaces, LLC as certificate holder and additional insured, with Host Liquor Liability coverage, due 14 days before the event. For weddings generally, The Lume also strongly recommends wedding event insurance to protect against cancellation or postponement, even if alcohol isn't being served.
The Lume is located in downtown Oklahoma City, approximately 15–20 minutes by car from Will Rogers World Airport (OKC), Oklahoma City's main airport. Rideshare, taxi, and rental car options are all available at the airport for the drive downtown.
Rather than seasonal pricing, The Lume prices by day and time: evenings and weekends are our peak rate at $175/hour (4-hour minimum).
Weekday business hours (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm) are our off-peak rate at $125/hour (2-hour minimum).
The Lume is wheelchair accessible!
Yes to both! The Lume is a rental-only venue, so you're welcome to bring in your own food or hire any caterer you'd like—there's no in-house catering requirement.
