The Home Place at Valley View is an approximately 1100-acre family-run farm located just 30 miles east of Kansas City. We have created a venue that not only meets the needs of the bride and groom but their guests and vendors. The Home Place is surrounded by breathtaking landscapes overlooking the Missouri River bottoms where you can see for miles. We offer an outdoor ceremony area, heated and air-conditioned barn, seating up to 240, Pinterest worthy bridal suite, stunning grooms room, overnight accommodations for bride and groom and so much more! The Home Place at Valley View offers couples an exclusive and private setting with three event spaces, including the spectacularly renovated and redesigned barn, a separate ceremony area and an outdoor (uncovered) pavilion with a pool, fireplace and 360-degree scenic views. This venue can accommodate anywhere from 2 - 250 guests.
