The Hilltop sits at one of the highest points in the whole county, overlooking miles of Missouri countryside. We have amazing sunsets! Couples love our $500 BYOB bar, our flat rate pricing, our extensive (and FREE) decor closet, as well as the fact that we are low stress. We are the venue you didn't think existed. Beautiful and affordable. Our couples also love the chance to escape the chaos of wedding planning and focus on each other during our Strong Foundations marriage workshops. FREE admission to confirmed clients and by attending you qualify for discounts on your reception package. You see, we love when you invest in your marriage and want to join you in that. Strong families build strong communities, and we think that is always worth investing in! The Main Room

Typically used for dining, The Main Hall features romantic overhead twinkle lights.

Our indoor reception space is made up of two rooms, The Main Hall and The Sun Room; versatile and easily adapted to fit the flow of your personal event. The Main Hall features our bar area, space for buffet, gifts, and all your guests. Off The Main Hall you'll find our getting ready suites, both Men's and Women's bathrooms, and our prep kitchen. ​ Featuring floor to ceiling windows, The Sun Room beckons visitors to gather and enjoy the sunset sky during cocktail hour.

    The Hilltop KC was an incredible venue for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication was amazing - they were always responsive, helpful, and flexible in accommodating our needs. The venue itself is beautiful, with a lovely outdoor space and a charming decor closet that allowed us to personalize the space. On the day of the wedding, the staff kept everything running smoothly and handled any potential stressors, ensuring our day was truly amazing. The wonderful location and staff made this already beautiful venue 100x better. We are so grateful to the team at The Hilltop KC for helping to make our wedding day perfect.
