The Gilded Garden is an intimate, European-inspired venue in Somerset, Pennsylvania, for weddings, showers and meaningful celebrations. Crystal chandeliers, softly draped ceilings and a welcoming Conservatory create a romantic indoor setting where you can relax and enjoy your guests. Host a seated reception for up to 65, or up to 50 with dancing. An indoor ceremony and reception with a room flip accommodates up to 30. Our Intimate Wedding Experience starts at $3,500 and includes eight hours, table styling, a bridal bouquet, sweetheart table styling and venue support. Outside caterers are welcome; food, drinks and full day-of coordination are separate. Planning a shower or private party? Venue-only gatherings start at $850, and styled celebrations with table styling and cleanup start at $1,500. With on-site parking, a kitchenette and two ADA-accessible restrooms, the practical details support a celebration that feels warm, personal and beautifully cared for.

With warm lighting, comfortable seating and old-world character, this intimate lounge is designed for beautiful portraits, a first look, private vows or a quiet moment together. Throughout the celebration, it also offers a welcoming retreat for conversation and cocktails—giving couples another distinctive setting within The Gilded Garden.

    Beyond Expectation!

    From our first conversation, Penny and Tanner at The Gilded Garden really listened to what we wanted and answered every question we had. We hosted our shower there and were blown away by how beautiful the space looked—it's honestly the prettiest venue we've ever seen. They went above and beyond to make our vision come to life, and their attention to detail showed in everything from the decor to how they took care of our guests. They work incredibly hard to make sure your day is special, and you can tell they genuinely care about getting it right. Between our shower and our wedding day in Hershey, The Gilded Garden helped create memories we'll treasure forever. We loved working with them and highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for something truly stunning! Thank you Penny for everything, it was absolutely stunning!!

    Operation BeYoutiful meetup

    The Gilded Garden was the perfect location for our March meetup. The space was so beautiful and elevated the overall atmosphere of our wellness program theme. Penny and Tanner were so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend The Gilded Garden - let Penny and her team take the stress out of planning your next event. Yes. We offer complimentary self-parking in our private on-site lot, with approximately 35 parking spaces available for you and your guests.
The Garden Gathering starts at $850 and includes private use of the venue, the Conservatory, and tables and Chiavari chairs arranged for your gathering. Linens, decorations, food, drinks and client cleanup are your responsibility. The $1,500 Gilded Styled Celebration adds linens, napkins, chargers, table styling and cleanup. Our Intimate Wedding Experience starts at $3,500 and includes eight hours, a bridal bouquet and sweetheart table styling. Food, drinks and full day-of coordination are separate.
The $850 venue-only rental includes six hours total: one hour for your setup, up to four hours for your gathering, and one hour for your cleanup. The $1,500 styled celebration includes six hours, with our team handling the included styling and cleanup. Please inquire about any extra setup or cleanup time for styled events. Liability insurance is required for events serving alcohol. We'll provide the insurance requirements and details during the booking process so everything is simple and clear.
Yes! Couples may provide their own alcohol, giving you flexibility in creating your bar experience. Alcohol must be served by a RAMP-certified bartender, and event liability insurance is required. We will provide the requirements during the planning process so everything is easy to arrange.
Yes. The Gilded Garden is wheelchair accessible and features an accessible entrance and two ADA-accessible restrooms. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable and welcome throughout their celebration.
A non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your date. Because we hold your date exclusively for your celebration, payments made toward your event are non-refundable. Cancellation terms and payment obligations are outlined in your signed venue agreement.
