The venue rental is from 8am till 2am (18 hours)
No but we do have a prep room with Microwave, Refrigerador, and 100 cup Coffee Percolator. There's also an Ice Machine on site.
The street Parking is free. There are also 2 free city parking lots to choose from. Down the block and across the street.
We mostly are booked on weekends but we rent at a lower cost Mon- Thursday
Alcohol is the only vendor we require license and insurance for. You may bring any vendor you like bit we do have local recommendations.

Your reservation includes 18 hours from 8am till 2 am It includes the time it takes for set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $150 per hour.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable, But you date can be rescheduled for a future available date.
