The Chestnut Hall is modern elegance in the heart of historic downtown Mckinney. This brand new 3,000 square foot indoor haven is complemented with a 750 sqft balcony with sweeping views of the historic brick buildings and iconic landmarks. We offer a built in bar and prep kitchen with full amenities. We also supply tables and gold Chivari chairs with cushions. We provide set up and takedown of tables and chairs, which saves a lot of time and money. Our venue is perfect for a rehearsal dinner or wedding reception we seat 100 comfortably or host 120 for a golden hour cocktail party. We would love to be a part of your special celebration!

    Lovely venue, with stunning balcony views.

    The Chestnut Hall is a beautiful venue. It's very spacious, with gorgeous views of historic downtown McKinney off two balconies. The balconies are perfect with multiple areas for groups to socialize. There are gorgeous chandeliers throughout, which you can see through the windows at night, which makes it quite romantic. A sweet bar, where much fun can be had. And, the bathrooms are stunning, with charming wallpaper throughout. Everything looks top notch, and is beautifully done.

    Fantastic venue for baby shower!

    From the moment we booked The Chestnut Hall, the team was incredibly responsive to every question and concern we had leading up to my event day. When we arrived, we were blown away by how clean and well-maintained the space was—it felt like a blank canvas ready for us to make it our own. The venue itself is stunning, with a timeless design. We can't recommend The Chestnut Hall enough to couples looking for a beautiful, elegant space with a team that truly cares about making your day special.

We have several parking lots nearby and two parking garages that are a two minute walk from the venue. All are free of charge.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We have ADA compliant restrooms and an elevator.
We offer 5 hour blocks for engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners. We also have 8 hour blocks for receptions. We are a perfect fit if you want to get married in your local church, chapel or synagogue and have the reception with us.
