Here you will experience a unique atmosphere with our elegant Riverside Room & Terrace that offers stunning views of the Ohio River & Cincinnati skyline, as well as our Aquarium exhibits – where you and your guests can be transported to an underwater world filled with amazing animals and built in entertainment for the evening. Between the city and animal views, there really isn’t any other venue in the region that compares!

Newport Aquarium has a plethora of exhibitions showcasing exotic sea creatures like seahorses, sharks, penguins, and much more.
Newport Aquarium has a plethora of exhibitions showcasing exotic sea creatures like seahorses, sharks, penguins, and much more. For your ceremony, you might opt for the Riverside Room, with panoramic views of the city and a capacity of 230 guests. For the more adventurous among you, the Shark Ray Bay Theater featuring a 16x20 foot shark tank, is also an option. In this space, you can have your ceremony officiated by an underwater diver, which is definitely not something your guests will be expecting. Receptions typically take place in the Riverside Room, an elegant and contemporary area that accommodates 240 dinner guests and 250 for a cocktail reception. Charming and sophisticated, it is the perfect setting for a night of feasting and entertainment. Both the Riverside Room and the Aquarium can be rented individually or together, depending on your preferences. You can also use their Aquarium exhibits for cocktail hour for a truly one-of-a-kind wedding experience.
