Yes, a parking attendant is available at the rate of $350 for up to 8 hours. We do not offer in-and-out privileges or self-parking.
Your reservation includes four hours minimum from start to finish of event, not including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up. Any additional time will be billed at $150 per hour. You can book more than 4 hours of event time.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 30 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges. If you re-schedule, you do not lose your deposit or any payments made.
The rental of the outdoor space including the pool. Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, linens, decorations etc. are charged separately.
