The Carriage House is new as of 2025 with a sweeping first floor perfect for a reception.

Designed to showcase panoramic views of the surrounding mountains, this expansive event space is Modern Scandinavian in design. Large windows invite soft, natural light throughout the day, creating an inviting atmosphere for dining, dancing, and celebrating. Transition effortlessly between outdoor vows and indoor celebrations while your guests take in sweeping mountain scenery from every angle. The second and third floors are modern lodging elegance with an open floor plan.

The Barn

Newly constructed in 2025, The Barn at Boulder Mountain View is flooded with natural light during the day and drips with simple elegance at night.

Perfect for the ceremony, cocktails, lodging and/or reception. The bank of cathedral windows give the building a "church-like" spirt. The grand staircase is a dramatic entrance for the bride or vantatge for the ceremony. Continue the party under the covered back porch that features an indoor/outdoor fireplace. A galley kitchen and wet bar make it the perfect entertaining building. It has a large basement game room, perfect for all night parties or sleepovers for the kiddos.

Tiny Houses

Newly constructed in 2019, nine tiny homes offer individual lodging for wedding guests in cozy elegance.

After an evening of togetherness in celebration or relaxing around the fire pits, your guests can enjoy retreating to the quiet of their own luxury tiny home. Each features a queen bed and bunks or a loft for additional sleeping. They each have a kitchen and washer/dryer for all the comforts of home.
