Bell Events Studio is a modern event venue located in Southfield Michigan, The Center of it all. Co-owned by husband and wife team of Corey and Tiffany Bell. If you're looking for an event space in Southfield for your upcoming celebration, corporate meeting, fundraiser, holiday celebration, vow renewal wedding and wedding reception the search is over! From chivari chairs, round and rectangular tables, Charger Plates in multiple colors, and so much more we have what you need to make your event a success. Bell Events Studio is a versatile space, allowing anyone to create the perfect event. No event is similar, individual personalities can be expressed and thoroughly enjoyed. We will work with you to make your event the very best.

Bell Events Studio offers a wonderful space for your special day. Upon entry, you will immediately be immersed in a modern, elegant and inviting setting.

Included in your package: Round and Rectangular tables, chiavari chairs, black or white linen, charger plates, uplighting, high Speed Internet, kitchenette, dimmable chandeliers, 55"TV and Food Room or Photography/Bridal Suite. The number of hours selected includes your set-up and breakdown time, so be sure to plan adequate time for decorating before and clean-up after your event. You are able to bring in vendors of your choice, however, a list of local, referenced vendors can be provided for your convenience. For events where alcohol will be consumed, licensed and insured bartenders must be used. To reserve the venue for your date/time, a 50% deposit is required. We also require a $300 security deposit that is refunded pending no damage to the space and you have not gone over your hours. Security deposit is due two weeks prior to your event along with the balance. Refund processes within 7-10 business days after your event. Food room or Photography/Bridal suite available: $250

Yes! We would love the opportunity to show you the venue and discuss the details of your event. We will make sure we schedule a time with you when we don’t have events taking place. You can book a 30 minute private tour on the website.
To reserve the venue for your date/time, a 50% deposit is required. This payment is processed once you select your package, date, and time. The remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to your event.
We require a $300 security deposit that is refunded following your event - pending no damage to the space and you did not go over your time. This will be sent via a separate link following your confirmed booking. Refund processes within 7-10 days after your event - pending no damage to the space and you did not go over your time.
Once your deposit is processed, you’ll receive an email confirming your venue reservation.
All sales are final. Once you are booked there is no refund of money upon cancellation or rescheduling. If you need to cancel we can issue you a Building Credit. Building Credits must be activated within 1 Year from the day that you made your initial booking. Your Building Credit is only valid for 1 Year from the date that you made the original booking.
At Bell Events Studio we have an open-vendor policy. You are able to bring in any vendor that you would like, including the caterer of your choice, with no restrictions. We have a list of recommended vendors that you are welcome to choose from, but we do not require you to use anyone on that list.
For events where alcohol will be consumed, licensed, and insured bartenders must be used.
Bell Events is available for events Monday - Thursday from 8 am - 8 pm, Friday and Saturday from 8 am - 12 am, and Sunday from 8 am - 10 pm. We show by appointment only so please contact us to set up an appointment.
Bookings can be done in person at the building, or we can send you a link to book.
You are allowed access to the event space when your time block starts, so if you know you will be needing extra time to decorate, make sure you include your decorating time in whatever time block you choose. When your time block begins, we will have all your tables, chairs, and tablecloths & charger plates set so the room will be ready for you or your vendors to decorate at that time.
Yes, as long as they are housed in containers that are taller than the candles to catch the wax and so the flames are not exposed. Battery operated candles are suggested and preferred.
Except for service animals, we do not allow animals.
Yes, Bell Events Studio provides a prep Kitchenette that features a warming oven, sink, refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, microwave, and counter space.
Bell Events Studio provides a prep space and warming oven. Cooking is prohibited in our venue. The prep space is ideal for prepping food before serving. Caterers or restaurants should be prepared to bring the food in hot to keep it warm for your event.
You are welcome to bring in your own food including homemade items if you would like. Please note that Bell events does not provide plates, napkins, flatware, or wait staff and food must be already cooked.
Yes, we have a lost and found. You will need to contact the building directly to see if we have your item.
