We at Helping Hand Parties & Weddings know how stressful planning a wedding can be! That’s where we come in. We have an overwhelming passion to help brides and their families navigate these wedding waters. We love the excitement of coordinating a bride’s very special day. We love planning beautiful, classic, and timeless weddings that are both uniquely you and fun for all while pulling all your vendors into a team dedicated to making your wedding a non-stressful smashing success.

| Description | We love creating a wedding day that is an event you will love and always treasure the memories from. We are there with you every step of the way starting with helping to create a theme and vision for the day, choosing and meeting with vendors, and keeping everything on track throughout the planning process. | This plan is different for everyone. We offer our partial and full plans wherever you choose to have your wedding so the services listed would depend on the plan chosen. Travel and accommodations would need to be covered for this plan. | For the couple who could use some help getting started, a little help and advice along the way and extensive help the last month through the wedding day. This package also includes a second coordinator to help on the day of. | We have a package for just running the wedding and rehearsal. We also offer packages for the following when extra help is needed: teardown helpers, setup teams, serving staff, rental coordination packages, dress preservation and cleaning, rehearsal dinner help, etc. |

Best Decision Ever
Erica and her team are AMAZING! I knew we were in good hands from our very first meeting. From helping us put together a dream team of vendors, to keeping us on track though the entire planning process Erica knew exactly how to make our dream wedding come to life. She handled each and every challenge with patience and professionalism and made sure our big day was PERFECT. All of my vendors and wedding party were impressed that I was so calm, and it’s because I had absolute faith in Erica and her team. Erica is the best coordinator!
I cannot type enough wonderful words to express our gratitude towards Erica. She is very responsive- she replied to every text and email even while she is on vacation. She is so very thorough- she is not going to let a single detail get by her. She will send you multiple timelines so you will know exactly what is going on and she distributes them to all your vendors so everyone is on the same page. Our wedding started on time, all events happened on time and the send off happened as scheduled! Erica is friendly and so very nice. You will miss her after the wedding!
