    Meredith was a pleasure to work with. Upon hiring her as our wedding day of coordinator, she presented us with a comprehensive checklist to make sure that we were prepared for our wedding. While we worked the remaining things that we missed from the list, Meredith diligently worked on coordinating with the other vendors and putting together a timeline for our wedding. When we first saw Meredith at the wedding, she was in her element. She had the staff working to make sure the drinks were stocked, guests knew where to sign in, the dJ and the Photo Booth knew where to setup, the caterers knew where to be and more. She could not have been more professional. Upon the completion of our photos, we realized that we were going to have to move the timeline up. Meredith told us that would be no problem and immediately began making sure all necessary parties knew the update and got where they needed to go. As the night came to an end, it was such a weight off of our shoulders knowing that we didn't have anything to worry about. I would recommend Meredith and Ekklesia Events with any family member or friend looking for a wonderful wedding coordinator. Meredith is truly a pleasure to work with and helped to make our special day so fun and beautiful. Thank you!!
