I'm Joey, wedding and portrait photographer and videographer and founder of Trans4mation Photography. What started as curiosity with a hand me down film camera became a lifelong passion for documenting people with intention and meaning. Photography has taken me around the world and showed me that every story deserves to be treated with care. Outside of weddings, I share my life with my wife Jennifer, my best friend and biggest supporter. We love cooking together, walking along the beach and enjoying the simple moments that tend to become the most memorable. We also value serving our community and supporting anyone who needs encouragement.

Hands down, the one thing that sets me apart from most other wedding photographers is chemistry and connection with my sweet couples. It usually starts during our first video meeting, builds when we do an engagement portrait session, and evolves throughout the process. Everyone wants breathtaking images from their wedding, but what they often discount is the importance of receiving an amazing service and experience. I'm methodical to a fault and will hold your hand all along the way - from being (almost) instantaneously responsive (test me!), to providing advice and feedback, attending venue walk-throughs.
