Loyalty Entertainment Exceeds All Expectations!
If you are still unsure about selecting Loyalty Entertainment for your special day- direct your attention to this review!! I met Loyal and Nicole in person pre-COVID and they presented all of their offerings to me and my parents. We knew it was the right decision immediately due to our personalities vibing, their professionalism, and their level of experience. We ended up selecting the Diamond DJ package with DJ Loyal, the Diamond Photography package with Anne (I love her forever), and the Gold Videography package with Craig. I left the meeting knowing that they would help make our wedding perfect. Fast forward to COVID and quarantining, I texted Nicole nervously, almost weekly, during the few months of quarantine. She was EXTREMELY supportive- like family member supportive. We had to downsize and switch venues due to restrictions, but one thing she told me that resonated was “No matter how many people you have at your wedding, Loyal will do his thing and it will be great”. Y’ALL- I didn’t know when Nicole said it would be great that it would literally EXCEED every single one of our expectations! It has been almost 2 weeks since our wedding and our guests are still telling us how incredible our DJ was and that if they ever need a DJ they will hit me up for Loyal’s contact information. The hype is REAL! I wanted a “club vibe” with “clean trap” and it was SOOO FUN. Everyone was on the dance floor for over 3 hours. Loyal read the room incredibly well. He took my song suggestions and amplified the vibe by mixing songs together that made the crowd wild…I mean Mariah Carey into Soulja Boy?! I’m still talking about that incredible transition, and I know my guests are too! The up-lighting in the room with the Diamond DJ package, and the dancing on a cloud first dance were show stoppers. The first dance was such a special moment and I am so thankful that Anne, Ashley, and Craig captured it, so that we can go back and relive it whenever we want! I need to hype up Anne…she was PHENOMENAL! From our engagement shoot, to our wedding day. Anne took the time to get to know us and our families. On wedding day, she was on a first-name basis with all family members- calling out specific names during photo moments to both adhere to our timeline and shot list with ease. She helped inspire a ton of cool photo opportunities- including dip shots that are now printed on canvas around our home. We have received an overwhelming amount of compliments on how beautiful our wedding photos are and we could not be more grateful! Anne and Ashley were a dream team behind the lens. The 7 day turnaround time with the Diamond package really helped me, as a bride, not worry about my phone on wedding day, knowing that all of the photos would be in my inbox just a few days later. I hope that as our family grows, Anne can help us capture more special moments! Anne and Craig (photographer and videographer) worked together flawlessly. They were fabulous partners who quite literally made magic happen. I wish I could do it all over again just to hang out with Loyal and the whole Loyalty crew again!! They are extremely talented people who genuinely care to get to know you and your wants/needs. We are forever grateful for the experience that they delivered. My husband and I had so much fun that we almost forgot about the pandemic. I can’t stop mentioning how impressed I am with each Loyalty professional and this company as a whole. Breathtaking photos! Must book
From the minute we called to inquire about our wedding date (which was 8 months after we got engaged) Nicole was on the ball. Through multiple phone sessions, audio text messages, emails, etc, she helped to explain and guide us on what package was exactly right for me based on what I valued for the day. My husband and I booked the DJ, two photographers and a videographer through this company. We had a meeting with each one of them to review the timeline for the day and our “style” for the day. Each and every one of them extended so much professionalism and positive vibes during the entire process. Dj Ryan “007” Mitchell was our first meeting. He is so warm and friendly to work with, and extremely chill when it came to changes to the timeline or accommodations we needed with some audio things. He also knew exactly the vibe we were looking for on our day (we didn’t want full songs to be played and wanted a mash up of music) and he not only carried out this wish but he was on the dance floor with us carrying out the exact energy every wedding deserves. Samantha was our main photographer with Rocco has the second. Samantha was so on point and organized, and willing to get creative with our timeline to maximize the time spent between both her and Rocco. The “money shots” we have from our first look on our wedding day captured the best of the fall foliage and the most positive vibes .. Samantha was even excited about how awesome our shots were looking that she showed us a few while doing them. We were blown away by the “sneak peak” package she passed along - literally cannot wait to see the rest. Rocco was there to snag our reception and dancing photos. We already know those will be awesome as well. And now for Noah - the videographer. What a sweetheart he had been from the beginning. He was with us every step of the way, from getting ready - to the first look - into the reception. Noah was friendly and so chill - we knew his work was going to be good but let me tell you .. when we got the “teaser” reel.. W O W. We were so blown away about how he captured those brief moments of love that were going to have a watch party once we get back the full video. We actually re-lived the entire day in the 2 min teaser video so we’re pumped for the entire reel. Extremely satisfied. I’m not one to write reviews but feel compelled to share the positive experience we had with Loyalty Entertainment. If you’re reading this and on the fence about whether or not to book them for whatever reason.. this is your sign to just do it. And if you need more confirmation .. call and talk to Nicole and she’ll direct you with confidence in why this is the right company for you. Chefs kiss for this entire entertainment squad named!
