With 10 years of experience in portrait photography, I’m thrilled to bring my passion for storytelling to weddings. I believe every love story deserves to be beautifully captured, and I thrive on finding those authentic, candid moments that make your day unique. My approach is all about comfort and connection. I aim to create a relaxed atmosphere where you can truly be yourselves. I seek out those documentary-style moments that tell your true story and aim to capture most moments candidly.

What makes me unique is my experience in portrait photography, combined with a genuine love for people and their stories. As an emotional person, I pride myself on capturing feelings in my work. I bring a comforting presence to weddings, ensuring you feel at ease (and on time!) throughout the day. Specializing in documentary-style moments, I focus on the raw emotions and candid interactions that define your celebration. While I am new to the wedding space, I have an extra love for it and pride myself on getting galleries back quickly. I do 24 hour sneak peaks and 1-2 week gallery deliveries.     Highly recommend!

    I would like to share this delayed review for https://www.fern-photos.com Sarah took our engagement photos in October and we had a really wonderful experience. She was thoughtful, professional and gave great direction. My fiance and I both actually had a great time. We paid for a mini session and the price could not have been more reasonable. I highly recommend you take a look at her work. Sarah is a gem!

    Fern Photos LLC was wonderful to work with for our wedding! Sarah, the lead photographer, was extremely social, timely, and friendly in all of our communications leading up to the big day. She picked a great outdoor location for our portraits that really highlighted the natural beauty of the setting. Sarah kept the energy up and gave us clear directions for poses, which helped us feel comfortable and natural in front of the camera. The final photos were absolutely stunning - professional quality that captured all the special moments beautifully. We loved working with Sarah and would highly recommend Fern Photos LLC to any couple looking for an amazing wedding photographer.

    Sarah is the best!!

    Sarah captured our rehearsal dinner beautifully, and we are thrilled with how the photos turned out! The warmth and joy of the evening shine through in every shot. She was a pleasure to work with—kind, responsive, and quick to deliver our gallery. We highly recommend her. 10/10!

My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 1-3 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to receive a link to digital downloads, so you can share the photos with your loved ones and order prints.
The package will be reflective of if there is a second shooter involved. Otherwise I may bring an assistant, that will not impact your cost!
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible.
Typically, couples book me about 6-12 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by a wonderful photographer! I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
Yes! You should expect to get 10-20 sneak peaks within 24 hours of your event!
