Hello and thank you for visiting my Zola profile! I'm Anita and photography is my passion! It could have been the fact I come from a very artistic family especially my late great uncle. Unfortunately I never met him but I was so inspired by his work that I too started my journey in 2004. I greatly love the beauty of nature and wildlife as well as telling people's stories. When I went to school for visual arts, my teachers have taught me the fundamentals of composition, conveying emotion and again, most importantly telling a story. And that's exactly what I love doing when I take pictures!

What sets me apart from others is my unconventional and independent way of thinking. I don't like following the crowd because it gets boring after a while. I'm very detail oriented, a perfectionist and aim to go above and beyond for any bride and groom. It's THEIR day and I want to make sure I capture memories for them, tell their story that they find sentimental and emotional. I also am a big supporter of inclusivity of all types of race, color, sex, gender, religion, non-religion, national origin, age, disability and sexual orientation. Love is love. :)
