Amber Garrett

I'm a wedding photojournalist based in Las Vegas, with a huge desire to see the world. I'm lucky enough to be engaged (so I know exactly what you’re going through!) to the love of my life, John. Together, we have a home full of animals, go to too many concerts (or at least, we DID before 'Rona), and cook amazing foods in a tiny kitchen. I earned my bachelors and masters degrees in photojournalism from the University of Missouri, *cough cough* known as the best journalism school in the nation. I always thought I’d end up as a National Geographic photographer chasing down wildlife (a la Tiger King), but I think my job now is way better. :)

I've never done anything else with my life other than wedding photojournalism. This is what I was called to do. Telling these stories is what drives me each and every day, and you won't find a more dedicated wedding photographer.

    Choosing Amber as our photographer was one of the best investments we made for our wedding. She was always responsive, helpful, and a great ally to have along the process. We were lucky enough to use many of the different services she provides. We worked with one of her associates, Katelyn, for our engagement pictures and were so happy with the results. Amber photographed me for a special gift to my fiancé, and it was quite the experience which resulted in beautiful pictures and an amazing surprise (IYKYK). Day of our wedding, Amber showed up right on time and got to work. She blended in so seamlessly with our guests and helped bring some calmness to the day. She was incredibly professional yet felt like just another friend. Ever talented, she also made our bouquet and boutonniere, which were so lovely and just what I wanted. She even served as a chauffeur as we took pictures on Freemont. This chick does it all! Amber was able to provide some sneak peaks of our wedding lightning fast, and we shared them with our family back home. We were wowed with all that she was able to capture. There are simply not enough words to express how grateful we are for her services and the high quality of work she produced.
