Yes, a signed contract and deposit are required to officially reserve your wedding date. This protects both of us and ensures your ceremony details are clear
It’s best to book as far in advance as possible to ensure your date is available. I recommend booking at least 6–12 months ahead. Last-minute bookings may be accommodated if availability allows – please reach out to check!
I offer officiant services for weddings, elopements, micro-weddings, vow renewals, and commitment ceremonies. I specialize in creating personalized ceremonies that reflect your unique love story, whether sweet and simple, romantic, or lighthearted and fun. My officiant services include: An initial phone or video consultation to discuss your ceremony vision A personalized ceremony script crafted just for you (available with Personalized and Deluxe packages) Filing of your marriage license after the ceremony Rehearsal coordination if included in your package (Deluxe) or available as an add-on Keepsake printed certificate
Not at all. You can use traditional vows, choose from sample vows I provide, or write your own. I’m here to help if you’d like assistance crafting personal vows.
Rehearsal is included in the Full Service package or available as an add-on for $50, pending availability.
Yes! Travel within Erie County is included with all packages. For weddings outside Erie County, a travel fee of $0.50 per mile (round trip) applies. The Full Service Package includes travel up to 50 miles. Any distance beyond that will incur the standard mileage fee.
A 50% deposit of your total package price is due at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your date is due upon booking. Remaining balance is due before or on your wedding day.
I accept Venmo, cash, or check.
If I am unable to officiate due to an emergency, you will receive a full refund, and I will do my best to help find a qualified replacement officiant.
Life happens — I totally understand! If you need to cancel your ceremony, here’s how it works: - Cancellations must be made in writing (email or message). - If you cancel more than 30 days before your scheduled ceremony date, any amount paid beyond the non-refundable retainer will be refunded. - If you cancel within 30 days, payments made are non-refundable due to the time and date being held exclusively for you. If you’re rescheduling rather than canceling, I’ll do my best to accommodate your new date at no extra charge (based on availability).
I’ll always do my best to work with you in case of unexpected events. - If bad weather or an emergency affects your ceremony, I’m happy to adjust the time or location as needed on the day of (as long as it’s safe to proceed). - If a full reschedule is required, I’ll work with you to find a new date, subject to availability. Please note: The officiant is not liable for cancellations, delays, or disruptions caused by acts of God (including severe weather, natural disasters, or unforeseen emergencies) as outlined in your contract.
