Hello, My name is Tatiana Diaz, and I am the owner of and lead designer at THRIVE. My passion for modern design and style, combined with 12 years of experience in the landscaping industry, has given me a window of opportunity to express my creativity and develop my craft through flowers. My father, a professional landscaper, has greatly influenced my love and knowledge toward my passion for flowers.

My floral artistry is inspired by my atmosphere, whether walking down a garden and observing the structure of organically grown flowers, traveling to a different country and embracing different colors and textures, or being inspired by modern decor trends. I would be honored to curate the perfect floral design for your event. We are a full-service floral design studio dedicated to helping make your floral dreams into reality. We translate your floral needs through the use of beautiful blooms, an abundance of textures, lighting, and decor.

We recommend booking a consultation about 4-6 months prior to your wedding date. This will allow us to have enough time to shop around for the best, high quality, affordable products.
A wedding consultation can take anywhere from half hour to two hours. This is all depending on quantity of floral arrangements needed for the special day, going over a questionnaire, and discussing budget friendly suggestions(if needed) to meet our client's need. ​
We kindly ask all our amazing brides and/or grooms to bring inspiration photos and their valuable time. We are very detailed oriented, therefore expect to be here for awhile to help me learn your aesthetic. This will allow us to translate your wedding flower dreams into a reality!
Yes! We will provide an itemized quote for each of those services. Client can decide if interested in one or all of those services.
Not necessary, but we do believe the style of the wedding gown can reflect the style of the bouquet that would look best.
Yes! We believe this is a great budget friendly tip and would be available for our DIY-ers.
All special event flowers are ordered a week before, picked up 3 days before the event, and put together a day before the event. They are treated and stored in a professional grade florist cooler to assure freshness and longevity.
We require a 30% deposit, non-refundable.
We require a 30 day notice in advanced for cancellation. ​
The balance is to be paid in full by the day of the event.
Your wedding estimate will be sent to your email in 1-2 weeks after your consultation. ​
