I’m Patricia, a multidisciplinary artist and founder of Muse&Flow. I create immersive art experiences that add beauty, joy, and connection to weddings and special events. From live painting to collaborative murals or guided guest stations, each experience is thoughtfully designed to be meaningful and memorable. With my background in fine arts and scenography, I curate every detail to bring a creative spark to your celebration.

I sketch guests in 10–15 minutes each, capturing their essence with charm and personality. It’s a one-of-a-kind keepsake they get to take home, and a lovely way to entertain while adding a creative flair to your celebration. Portraits can be full-body or face-focused, and paper can be customized to match your event aesthetic.

Venue and Guests Illustration

Description

Capture the spirit of your event space with a live, hand-drawn illustration of your venue. Whether it’s a charming garden, a dramatic ballroom, or an intimate beach setting, I sketch the scene on-site in real time, creating a beautiful keepsake that reflects the atmosphere and energy of your day. The artwork can be done during the event as a live activation or finished afterward as a custom piece. It’s a timeless memento for you—or a thoughtful gift for your hosts.

Kids Guided Art Workshop

Weddings, bridal showers, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and other private celebrations. We also collaborate on corporate events and creative brand activations.
Ideally 1–3 months in advance to ensure availability and allow time for customization. Rush bookings may be possible depending on the service.
Absolutely. Every experience is tailored to your color palette, vibe, and vision. I love decoration and creative setups, so ount on it.
For portraits, around 3–6 guests per hour. For workshops, we can accommodate up to 15–20 kids or adults at once, depending on the setup.
We bring decor and supplies to match the setting. Would only need a table or two and chairs in a well-lit accessible area. Outdoor or indoor setups are welcome, as long as it not rainy or too windy.
It depends on the service. Portraits and favors can run throughout the event; workshops usually last 2 to 3 hours.
Definitely. Many of our offerings are designed with all ages in mind, especially our art workshops and live favor creations.
Yes, we’re open to travel for destination events or out-of-town weddings. Travel fees may apply depending on location.
