I'm Melissa, and I started Kinetic Grace because a paper guest book gets you a signature. A voice gets you everything else — your uncle's terrible joke, your best friend crying two glasses in, your grandmother saying your name the way only she has ever said it. We bring one thing to your celebration and we bring it beautifully: a vintage-style rotary phone, set on a table at your reception. Guests pick it up, hear a greeting in your own voice, and leave you a message. Every last one comes home to you. We're based in Snellville and serve the greater Atlanta area, with delivery, setup, and styling included within 30 miles. Being local means showing up early and being a real person you can reach the week of your wedding.

Most audio guest books arrive in a box on your doorstep and leave you to figure it out. Being local means we can do what a shipping box never could — arrive long before your guests, test everything twice, style the signage to your table, and collect it all without you giving it a second thought. We take one event per date. Your day doesn't get squeezed between two others. And we're small on purpose. When you reach out the week of your wedding, you get me, not a dispatcher.

    BEST THING EVER!!!!

    Listeeeeennnnn from the cute set up to the voicemail set up!!! This was a really cute idea and invention and a great way to record audio memories from events! I really enjoyed and was very impressed!!!

    As a small business owner, I highly recommend Kinetic Grace for events. The vintage phone allowed my guest to leave me a message that I will be able to use as voice or transcribe testimonies and a beautiful memory to how much my guest enjoyed my event. My guest loved the concept and was excited to "leave a message". Esthetically gorgeous and Kinetic Grace designed to my theme and brand. FIt in perfectly. The owner, Melissa was extremely helpful, well prepared and a delight to work with.

Not at all! The phone records happily on its own. All it needs is a standard outlet within about ten feet, and if your perfect spot doesn't have one, just tell us a week ahead and we'll bring a battery pack.
As many as they'd like! There's no limit and no per-message charge. Guests often wander back later in the night to leave another one — and those late ones are usually the best.
Within five business days you'll get a private link to download every message as a standard audio file. We hold onto a backup for 30 days and then delete it for your privacy, so do save your files somewhere safe when they arrive.
Life happens, and we get it. You get one free date change with 30 or more days notice, subject to availability. Beyond that, your deposit becomes a credit good for a full 12 months — and it's transferable, so you're welcome to gift it to someone you love.
Delivery is included within 30 miles of Snellville, and past that it's just $1 per mile round trip. Not sure if you're in range? Please ask — we'd so much rather give you a real number than leave you guessing.
A 50% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due seven days before your event. We'll send a secure invoice you can pay by card in a couple of clicks. Just so there are no surprises: dates aren't held until that deposit comes through.
Most couples reach out two to six months ahead. We only take one event per date, so the sooner you say hello, the better your chances on a spring or fall Saturday — those go quickly!
