Indee Party Co. is a locally owned table, chair, and event-equipment rental business based in Independence, Iowa, serving weddings and celebrations throughout Eastern Iowa. We offer affordable standard and premium folding chairs, eight-foot banquet tables, six-foot folding tables, coolers, beverage containers, and other useful event items. Customer pickup is available, and delivery may be available for qualifying larger orders or events within Independence city limits.

We make wedding rentals straightforward with clear pricing, detailed information, dependable communication, and flexible rental periods. Our base rental price covers up to four days, giving couples more time for pickup, setup, celebration, and return without paying a separate daily rate. Reservations can be placed online 24/7, and we work hard to be genuine, upfront, responsive, and dependable throughout the rental process.

    Amazing experience

    We had such a great experience with Indee Party Co.! Everything was easy from start to finish, and the communication was wonderful. The rentals were exactly what we needed, everything was clean and in great condition, and the process was so convenient. Easy online booking, you can pick up yourself or if your order qualifies they offer delivery. It made planning our event one less thing to worry about. I would definitely recommend Indee Party Co. to anyone planning a wedding or special event!

    We rented chairs and tables for a graduation party. They were clean and in great condition. Nick and Allison were very nice and professional and were flexible on the pick up and return times if needed.

Our base pricing covers rental periods of up to four days at one flat rate. This provides additional time for pickup, setup, the event, cleanup, and return. Longer rental periods may be available by request for an additional charge.
Customer pickup is available in Independence, Iowa, by appointment only. Pickup and return appointments are normally available Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Customers must bring a suitable vehicle and are responsible for loading and securing their rental items.
Delivery may be available for qualifying larger orders or rentals within Independence city limits. Delivery is arranged case by case and requires a separate quote based on the order size, distance, timing, location, and access conditions. Delivery is not guaranteed until approved and confirmed.

A 40% nonrefundable booking deposit is required to reserve rental items. The remaining balance is charged before pickup. We accept debit and credit cards only. An order is not reserved, and inventory is not held, until the required payment has been completed.
Standard rental pricing does not include setup or teardown. Customers are normally responsible for arranging, folding, and stacking their rented tables and chairs. Setup or teardown assistance may be available for certain orders for an additional quoted charge.
Rental items must be returned clean and dry. Normal wear, minor scratches, and a few missed spots will not result in an additional charge. Cleaning fees may apply when items are returned excessively dirty and require substantially more cleaning than normal.

We are located in Independence, Iowa, with pickup by appointment. Approximate drive times are: Jesup 15–20 minutes; Urbana 20–25; Oelwein 25–30; Manchester 30–35; Waterloo and Vinton 35–40; Cedar Falls and Strawberry Point 40–45; and Waverly, Cedar Rapids, and Dyersville 45–50 minutes. Travel times vary by route, traffic, and weather.
