    Pamela and her Team is spectacular. All needs were met during our event. Since using her Food Truck for an event. I am now keeping up with her location. The Fish and Shrimp are YUM! My wife wants to find her every weekend. Which is hard because she is usually catering a private event. I have been to a wedding reception as well. Food delicious at a good price

    Light House catering and Food Truck is the Best! We did the taco truck with variety of fish, shrimp, beef and chicken. I tried them all it was hard to decide which was best. The food was so good. They made it a Fun day and I would do it all over again. I met Pamela at a wedding and Lighthouse catering service meal was excellent
