I have a deep respect for traditional candy making, and focusing on flavors over flashy colors and molds. There are no artificial flavors or coloring in any of my confections--just natural, fresh ingredients, and fair trade chocolate.

Molded chocolates with air brushing seem to be the norm--but I focus on the ingredients and the flavors that they can create. I love to find things that are unexpected, or put a twist on something common--I focus more on vibrant flavors and traditional confectionary techniques than following trends
