I am Deseree, owner/baker of Sweet Haven. I am a self-taught baker and have been baking for as long as I can remember. I'm a don’t skip dessert after dinner, give me anything sweet and chocolate, kind of girl. While I have always loved all things sweet, my true passion sparked when my son was born in 2018. I made a point to make everything from scratch and wanted to plan and bake for his first birthday. His desserts and cake for his special day went off without a hitch, and from that point on I have been baking and decorating ever since. I love being able to add something sweet to some of life’s biggest celebrations.

I love getting to know my couples and making their wedding day extra sweet. Whether you are wanting a delicious cake that is a statement piece at your wedding or a table full of personalized desserts, each cake and dessert is specifically designed for each couple. I pride myself on using quality ingredients and creating one-of-a-kind cakes.

    Deseree was amazing in ordering our wedding cake from start to finish! Not only are her cakes beautiful and absolutely delicious, but she is so kind, professional, and was so helpful in deciding what flavors to try! All night our guests could not stop talking about how gorgeous and yummy our wedding cake was. My expectations were far exceeded in every way and I cannot recommend Sweet Haven Bakery enough!
