As a South American Pastry Baker, I love to incorporate different kinds of exciting flavors all my Cakes and desserts. You'll definitely get more of a Tropical, South American taste if you're looking for it. Traditional flavors are always on the menu as well.

    As my wife and I looked across the dance floor while cutting the cake we had no idea what would follow. We stood there for at least five minutes. Cutting. Cutting with pictures. Eating our cake. Absolutely DElectable. Vanilla cake with cream cheese frosting and with dulce de leche filling. As we walked away and opened the deserts up to our family and friends we witnessed over 150 grown folks make a mad dash for the table. Gone. All deserts that we asked for inhaled. We are beyond grateful for such a yummy experience.

    I used Mixedcakeco for my wedding cake and charcuterie board and was so pleased. I loved working with Natalia as she was extremely professional and detail oriented.
