Although Buttercream Houston is a new small business, Esmeralda has 9+ years of wedding and catering experience and a degree in Patisserie. We specialize in Traditional Macaron Towers and 3 tier wedding cakes, but we also offer a "Latin/French fusion" inspired menu to set your dessert table apart from the masses.

We're Latina Owned, classically trained and more importantly, trained by French Chefs who are MASTERS at their craft. Esmeralda is also a mom and is committed to bringing people together with lots of love and more importantly... DESSERT!

    The BEST Vendor for your wedding!

    I absolutely loved working with Esmeralda with Buttercream! I’ve used her for my brothers baby shower dessert bar and I’ll be using her for my own wedding as well. She is so talented and a true joy to work with. The creative process is SO EASY with her and she made it a lot of fun to pick out the design and overall theme for my order. She’s a joy! Definitely recommend!

    Talented and excellent customer service.

    Esmeralda was great to work with! Not only are her desserts delicious but she also goes above and beyond to understand your concept and really uses her skills to bring it to life. If you have an idea don't be shy to share with her, surely if you can dream it she can create it!

Tasting Boxes can be purchased for $50 + delivery. Boxes are available on Sundays only. (Appt required)
No, Delivery/ setup fee is based on venue location.
We recommend getting enough cake/ macaron servings for approx 75% of your guest count. (ex: 100 guests, we should look for cake options that feed 75 people)
YES! We specialize in Macaron towers which is a great option for a cake alternative!
Our 3 tier cakes are perfect for approx 80 servings.
NOT A PROBLEM! We offer pre-cut wedding cake slices at a fraction of the cost.
