Bita’s Baklava & Events specializes in handcrafted gourmet baklava and elegant dessert displays for weddings, showers, corporate events, and special celebrations. Every order is made fresh from scratch and customized to create a beautiful and memorable experience for your guests.

Unlike traditional bakeries, I create unique gourmet baklava using homemade dough, homemade pistachio cream, fresh fruit syrups(Strawberry-Raspberry-Pomegranate), premium nuts with generous fillings, real butter, pure saffron, and carefully selected ingredients. Our desserts contain less sugar than traditional baklava, and we can adjust the sweetness to your preference. Every creation is handcrafted to be both stunning and unforgettable.

    The Best!!!!

    Working with Bita's Baklava was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Bita responds to messages incredibly quickly, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Her Dubai Chocolate and Baklava pieces were stunning works of art that tasted absolutely incredible—the flavor and freshness of her ingredients really set her apart from anything we've tried before. The arrangements she created for our special day were unique and beautiful while maintaining that perfect balance of indulgence and health consciousness. We honestly can't imagine going back to store-bought desserts after experiencing her caliber of work.     Beautiful presentation and delicious

    We had Bita’s Baklava at our wedding and she did an amazing job. Not only was the presentation of her treats so beautiful but they were all very delicious! She included a variety of flavored Baklavas and Dubai chocolates too. She truly treats her desserts like art and it’s clear she takes her time making sure it looks perfect. Would highly recommend!

    Best baklava ever

    Bita was super accommodating & was very communicative to provide her special sweets for our special day. The baklava was outstanding & some of the best we’ve ever had. Can’t recommend her more!

My baklava has a unique taste that’s different from traditional Greek or Turkish baklava. I make my own dough from scratch instead of using phyllo dough, then fill each piece with generous amounts of premium whole nuts. I use premium saffron, fresh fruit-infused syrups, and carefully selected spices to create a rich, nutty flavor that’s balanced, less sugary, and truly one of a kind.
Absolutely! I typically make my baklava at about a 3 out of 5 on the sweetness scale. If you’d like it sweeter or less sweet after your tasting, I’d be happy to adjust your order to your preferred taste.
Absolutely! Most of our bite-sized baklava flavors can also be made in a beautiful round shape. If you have a specific flavor in mind, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to customize it for you.

I make my own pistachio cream from scratch using premium ingredients and never use preservatives. This signature low sweet cream is featured in our Dubai Chocolate Bites, flower-shaped chocolates, and Dubai Chocolate Cheesecakes. Blended with carefully selected spices, it creates a rich, creamy filling that makes every bite truly unforgettable.
