I'm Gerald Luna, the heart and soul behind (personal information protected by Zola) Waffles. As an identical twin, standing out has always been my mantra. While my brother pursued a career as a massage therapist, my heart got wrapped up in waffles. During my escapades in Belgium, I was captivated by the sweet aroma of vanilla in the streets and the sight of people relishing their hand-held waffles.
