At Whispering Pines Co., we bring the good vibes and great drinks straight to your celebration. Based in the mountains of Colorado, we’re a dry hire mobile bar that serves everything from weddings and elopements to backyard brunches. Founded by a wedding planner who knows the magic of seamless event flow, our team takes care of the details so you can sip, smile, and soak it all in.

Our bartenders don’t just serve drinks — they bring the party to life. Known for their spunky, outgoing personalities, they quickly become best friends with your guests. Whether it’s an intimate brunch, a big mountain wedding, or something in between, we work with all budgets and all vibes to make your bar experience unforgettable.

    DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR

    I was initially really excited to work with Melina. She seemed like a perfect fit for our day and our vibe. However, we tried to contact her for months with no response. Her voicemail was full and there was no out of office messages or information. She eventually got back to us that a family emergency had occurred. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt despite many weeks of no response, but when we tried to set up a meeting with her, she again did not respond. After more than a week, we decided we didn't feel comfortable moving forward given this unprofessionalism and lack of courtesy for even a quick response. We have informed her that we wanted a refund per our contract and still no response. We will have to move forward with small claims court. Very ironic that the person who was supposed to make our day go smoothly has been the most stressful part and added significantly more work to now that we have to keep trying to get ahold of her, getting our money back, and finding new vendors. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

    We hired Melina and her crew for our welcome dinner at our Airbnb in Breckenridge and again for our Reception. I can't recommend her enough! The professionalism and fun energy that they brought to both parties had our guests asking where they were on our "goodbye lunch". She picked up all the liquor and glassware beforehand so it was one less stress we had to manage. The bar she brought was SO CUTE along with all the little bar decor, went along with our theme perfectly. We added the champagne wall last minute and glad we did because it served as a photo op from all our guests as well. Thanks again so much Melina and crew!

All of our packages have 5 hours of pouring services not including set up or tear down. You are more than welcomed to add additional hours at $75/hr per bartender
We are based out of Leadville, CO however we travel all around Colorado! No extra delivery fee if it's within a 150mile radius
Our bartenders don’t just pour drinks—they pour personality! To show them some love, we ask for a $200 gratuity per bartender. This can be taken care of by the host or ‘tipped out’ by the guests—either way, it’s cheers all around.
Absolutely! We love celebrating the little moments just as much as the big ones—whether it’s a bachelorette party, Sunday brunch, backyard gathering, or anything in between. We’re happy to customize packages for smaller timeframes and budgets, so please reach out and let’s create something that fits your vision (and your guest list).
All of our bartenders are TIPS Certified, which means they’re trained in responsible alcohol service, guest safety, and maintaining a professional, top-notch bar experience. You can feel confident knowing your event is in the hands of certified pros.
