Howdy! 🤠 I’m Kaylee, owner of The Twisted Horseshoe. My husband and I built our vintage horse trailer bar starting in 2019, and after three years of perfecting every detail, it was ready to serve up smiles. We rebuilt a 1962 F100 Stepside truck to match, creating a rolling bar that turns heads! We pour for weddings, parties, fundraisers, and bring rustic charm, friendly service, and a little country magic to every celebration. ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

At The Twisted Horseshoe, we’re not just a bar, we’re a one-of-a-kind experience! 🤠 Our vintage horse trailer and matching 1962 F100 truck were built by us, giving every event a personal, rustic touch. Fully insured and M.A.S.T.-certified, we handle setup, bartending, and cleanup while you provide the alcohol. We offer custom drink menus, signature cocktails, and zero-proof options, all served with charm, friendly service, and a little country magic.

    Twisted Horseshoe

    Absolutely recommend 100%! Kaylee & Jon’s creation of an antique trailer into a mobile bar was a complete success at our wedding. Kaylee went above and beyond in making the beverage selections for the wedding. Kaylee and Jon arrived early to our venue and set everything up promptly. We were given the utmost experience. All the guest raved on the uniqueness and impeccable service both professional and friendly. I promote Twisted Horseshoe and will be hiring for future events.

Yes! We’re an LLC with general and liquor liability insurance, plus all our bartenders are M.A.S.T. certified and have food handler permits.
The trailers foot print is 8ft x 12ft and 7.5ft tall. We would also need 1 outlet connection to run our kegerator and mini fridges so its best to place the trailer within 100 ft of an outlet or we can provide a generator if an outlet is not available.
In the event of a cancellation 90 days prior to the scheduled date, a 50% refund will be issued, as the retainer/deposit is non-refundable. If you need to postpone, contracted services can be rescheduled based on availability, as outlined in our Postponement Policy. If we, the vendor, need to cancel for any reason, we will issue a full refund promptly.

No, alcohol is not included in our packages. You will need to purchase it separately, and then we will take over and handle the rest. We provide guidance on quantities and offer tips to make the process run smoothly.
All event details must be submitted through my booking portal to ensure accuracy and organization. Direct communication between Twisted Horseshoe and the event host is preferred to avoid any miscommunication. Once you submit an inquiry with your event details, you’ll get exclusive access to our HoneyBook-powered marketplace, where you can explore our offerings and pricing. After that, we’ll send over a preliminary proposal and a calendar invite for a 20-minute consultation call to nail down the details! Once everything’s set, a deposit will secure your date, and we’ll stay in touch, making sure everything runs smoothly until the big day!
