Hi, I’m the bartender behind Summit Bar Services! I believe planning your wedding bar should feel exciting—not stressful or confusing. Whether you know exactly what you want or have no idea where to begin, I’ll meet you there with friendly service and thoughtful guidance. Every couple receives a personalized Summit Bar Plan with beverage estimates, shopping recommendations, and an organized list tailored to their celebration and budget. Wedding service starts at $400 for up to 75 guests and includes planning support, setup, four hours of bartending, and cleanup. My goal is to help you feel prepared, cared for, and free to enjoy your day.

What sets Summit Bar Services apart is the care that begins long before the first drink is poured. I don’t expect couples to already know how much alcohol to purchase, which supplies they need, or how to plan a bar within their budget. I guide each couple through the process with a personalized Summit Bar Plan, including beverage estimates, shopping guidance, and clear pricing. You’ll receive thoughtful, one-on-one support from our first conversation through last call—so your wedding bar feels organized, personal, and completely stress-free.

    Greatest Bartender Ever!

    Tylan was our bartender for my son's wedding and was fantastic. From our first communication bidding for the job through the end of the evening, Tylan was quick to respond, thorough with his questions and responses, and had a great attitude. His goal was to have the event run smoothly so that I didn't have to think about it. He exceeded expectations and went above and beyond. He was on time, fantastic with our guests, and took care of everything. HIRE HIM FOR YOUR EVENT!!! You will not be sorry!

    BEST BARTENDER EVER!

    We hired Summit Bar Service for our private party, and the experience was fantastic. Tylan was professional, punctual, and great with our guests from the moment he arrived. He kept the bar organized, made excellent drinks, and helped create a fun atmosphere throughout the evening. Communication was easy before the event, and he was willing to work with us to make sure everything went smoothly. We received several compliments from our guests and would definitely hire Summit Bar Service again for future events.

There are no travel fees within 60 miles of Salt Lake City
The minimum for any event is $300
Due to Utah liquor laws, most venues are not permitted to do liquor/wine tastings
Most people choose not to meet at all but simply talk via text messages or phone calls. If you are interested in meeting face to fact to review event details we can certainly set that up.
I recommend booking at least 3 months in advance. There are many things that get forgotten while planning big events and it takes time to find these things.
We serve Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas including Provo and Park City. If you are outside of this immediate area a travel fee will be incurred.
