As a seasoned bartender with a passion for creating memorable experiences, I bring a thoughtful, elevated approach to every event. Since 2016, I’ve built my craft working with respected companies like Pink Flamingo Catering and Halloran Orpheum Events, gaining hands-on experience in everything from high-volume festivals to intimate gatherings. Over the years, weddings have become a meaningful part of my work, where I’ve had the privilege of helping couples celebrate some of life’s most important moments.

I bring a blend of high-volume experience and a craft-focused approach, offering both classic pours and thoughtfully designed cocktails and mocktails. Weddings are at the heart of what I do, and I take pride in creating a bar experience that feels seamless, personal, and polished. With a background creating drinks for distilleries and brands, I focus on quality ingredients and balanced flavors. As a WSET Level 1 Spirits and Certified Bourbon Steward, I also offer tastings to help couples confidently choose the perfect menu.

Description

Our mocktail bar package includes up to three handcrafted mocktails made with fresh juices, house-made syrups when possible, and seasonal garnishes. We provide all bar essentials, including cups, napkins, stirrers, ice, a water station, and a custom bar menu, along with four hours of service. A complimentary tasting is available for booked clients who would like assistance finalizing their selections. Pricing is based on 4 hours of service for 75 guests. Additional guests $6 per person.

Nichole from Spirited Affair was a joy to work with from start to finish. She responded quickly to our questions and always treated us with kindness and care throughout the planning process. Before our wedding day, she provided helpful guidance on how much alcohol we would need, which took the guesswork out of our planning. On the day itself, she arrived early to set up and stayed available the entire evening to keep things running smoothly. Nichole is a true professional who made a real difference in how our celebration came together. We would definitely recommend Spirited Affair to any couple looking for reliable bar services.

Start to finish perfect!
From the moment we booked Spirited Affair for our wedding bar services, Nichole was a true professional. Her communication was always prompt and clear, putting us at ease throughout the planning process. On the day of, the Spirited Affair team handled everything seamlessly, allowing us to simply enjoy the moment. The drinks they crafted were truly amazing - delicious, artisanal mocktails that our guests raved about. Nichole made the bar service feel personal and tailored to our special day. The value she provided was incredible given the high quality of her work. We couldn't recommend Spirited Affair more highly for any couple looking for amazing bar services for their wedding.

Extremely happy with the service for our party we booked for a birthday party. Very professional from start to finish. I have recommended Nichole to friends who have needed help for parties and continue to utilize her services when we have needed a bartender. Highly recommend and can’t say enough!

Great service for office Christmas party
Since the pandemic we have used this service for our office Christmas party and the staff has been great. Already have them booked again for this year. Very easy to work with and communication is on point. All the guest really enjoyed the interaction with the bartenders and their service. 3rd year booking them says plenty. Can't recommend Nichole and her staff enough!

We are a dry-hire business so the alcohol is provided by the customer. I can provide everything else including ice, cooler, mixers, cups, garnishes, bar table which will be include in the price depending your needs. I can assist with your shopping list as in how much you will need and can help with delivery if preordered and paid ahead of time to save you time for your event for a small fee.

Yes I do however there is a mileage fee and we travel up to 150 miles outside of Memphis. If further, we can discuss.

Yes, we can create mocktails that are far from the basic soda and tea offerings. Can even do a bar just of mocktails if that is a preference. I worked 3 years as a craft bartender and have created dozens of cocktails and mocktails and would be more than happy to customize a special drink for you and your guests.

Yes, I have a customized bar built for my business to provide a professional look for any event. Rental fee is way less than renting from a service. $100 is the cost to rent the bar if one is needed for a location who doesn't have their own bar.

Yes, tastings are included in packages for clients who have booked and signed a contract.

I believe in ongoing communication with my clients. We start with 1-2 initial calls prior to booking, then we will communicate as needed. Generally 1-2 months prior to your date, we will discuss your alcohol needs and I will provide a shopping list for the amounts you need for your guests. I am always available to answer questions via email and text from the time you book with me until your wedding date.

For spring and fall weddings, I recommend 6+ months. I do book as far as a year in advance and I will work to accommodate those who need service within 3 months.

We service the Memphis and the Mid-South area. Memphis, North Mississippi, Eastern Arkansas and West TN.

Yes, our event minimum is $500 for all weddings.
