Hi, I’m Chris, the owner of WinterBrooke Bar, bartender of 20+ years, proud girl dad, and living proof that you can shake cocktails and wrangle kids at the same time (just not in the same shaker). Originally from Michigan (Go Blue!), I traded snow boots for flip-flops and sunshine here in Orlando, where I bring big flavors, bigger laughs, and the kind of hospitality that feels like your best friend’s party! I’ve been slinging drinks and crafting cocktails for two decades, and nothing makes me happier than seeing people connect over a killer Moscow Mule (my personal favorite) or whatever’s got them saying, “Ooo, what’s in THIS?”

We’re the bartenders who make sure your wedding is remembered for all the right reasons (and maybe a few blurry ones).     Amazing Drinks

    The communication was great between both sides of the party. Sip Happens provided great drinks and the bartenders were very friendly. The bartender went above and beyond by creating custom drinks upon guest requests, even those not on our original menu. Their service and quality of work contributed greatly to making our special day perfect.

We keep it simple: local events within 25 miles of Orlando are fee-free! For events outside that radius, a small travel fee applies (but we promise it’s reasonable—no surprise charges). We’ll always be upfront so there are no “hidden” ingredients.
Yes, we do! Our wedding packages start with a minimum of 50 guests. We want to make sure your event feels lively and our mobile bar magic gets to shine. For smaller events, we’re happy to create a custom quote.
Absolutely! Tastings are one of our favorite parts. We offer private tasting sessions where you can sample potential signature drinks, finalize your menu, and get excited for your big day. (Bonus: it's a great excuse for a date night.)
We like to keep things smooth and stress-free. Typically, we’ll meet (virtually or in-person) once for a consultation and once for a tasting. After that, we stay in touch via email or phone to handle the details. No endless meetings—just efficient planning with a personal touch.
Yes! From glassware to bar furniture and fun extras like drink signage, we can coordinate rentals so you don’t have to. Our goal is to make sure your bar setup looks amazing and is fully stocked with style.
For weddings, we recommend booking at least 9-12 months in advance to secure your date. For peak seasons (spring and fall), even earlier is better. Last-minute booking? Don’t panic—we’ll do our best to make it happen!

It depends on your venue and local regulations. In many cases, you’ll provide the alcohol and we’ll handle the rest—service, mixers, garnishes, ice, glassware, and bar magic. We’ll guide you through how much to buy so you’re never stuck with 40 bottles of vodka (unless that’s your thing).
