The Paloma provides a central point at your gathering with delicious custom cocktails, beverages on tap, wine, beer, bubbly, as well as coffee or non alcoholic options as well. Paloma Celebrations creates curated beverages for any special event. We have a beautiful vintage inspired caravan with copper accents, beautiful barware and a lovely specialty sipping area. Perfect for weddings, parties, graduations and get together is the Paloma creates the perfect central point for any festivity.

Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
We recommend chatting over the phone or meeting 2 or more times and will communicate throughout the months leading up to your event via email as well. We use HoneyBook as our communications platform which allows you to connect with us via email, make payments and fill out questionnaires with ease.
We can travel to most areas of Humboldt county provided there are good roads and room to maneuver the caravan. We can travel outside of the county as well with a travel fee included.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 10 months in advance, though we will accept reservations any time provided we have the date free.
