Perfect for intimate weddings, bridal showers, welcome parties, and smaller celebrations. The Petite Coffee Experience includes 90 minutes of mobile coffee service for up to 40 guests, one professional barista, a curated menu of handcrafted espresso drinks, milk options, syrups, cups, and a polished café-style setup. Final pricing may vary based on venue, travel, menu selections, and custom enhancements.

Description

Our Signature Coffee Experience brings a polished mobile café to your wedding celebration. Includes 2 hours of service for up to 75 guests, one professional barista, unlimited handcrafted espresso beverages, a choice of milk options, classic syrups, cups, and a beautifully styled coffee bar setup. Perfect for receptions, welcome parties, showers, and late-night coffee moments. Travel and enhancements may apply.

    If you are thinking about having any sort of coffee or matcha cart notes and roast is the only way to go. They were genuinely the kindest people and made the most delicious drinks for our engagement party!!! I hope there’s another event in our future where we can have them again because I’m still craving the personalized Gulab Jambun (rose cardamom) latte/matcha they curated for us!!!

    I attended an event and Notes and Roast was a vendor ! The Matcha was amazing, but the level of professionalism blew me out of the water. Definitely hope to see them again.

    We had over 300 people move-in for the start of the fall semester! We had Notes and Roasts, come out to provide coffee for our residents and their families moving in! The booking process was so easy and super detailed. I was able to put all my trust in them while I was helping our residents move-in. We will be bringing them back to our property again!

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for spring and fall wedding dates. Many couples reserve their date several months in advance. If your wedding is coming up sooner, please still reach out—availability may be possible depending on the date, location, guest count, and service needs.
Our wedding beverage experiences begin at $750. Final pricing is customized based on guest count, service duration, selected menu, staffing, location, travel, bar setup, and optional enhancements. We are happy to recommend the best package for your celebration and vision.
We offer made-to-order espresso drinks, lattes, cold brew, chai, matcha, fresh juice, boba, hot cocoa, and handcrafted nonalcoholic mocktails. We can also add dessert experiences and pastries for an elevated brunch, cocktail hour, reception, or late-night celebration. Menu availability may vary by package.
Yes. We love creating personalized beverages inspired by your love story, wedding colors, favorite flavors, cultural traditions, or “his and hers” drink ideas. Signature drinks, custom menus, themed garnishes, branded cups, and custom signage may be added to create a one-of-a-kind guest experience.
Absolutely. Our menu includes non-coffee options such as matcha, chai, mocktails, fresh juice, hot cocoa, and flavored refreshers. We can also offer dairy-free milk options, including oat and almond milk, so more guests can enjoy something made especially for them.
