Hi! We’re NaTaishja and Shaterra, cousins, Co-CEOs, and the women behind Hidden POURfections. What started as a dream between family has grown into a business built on love, creativity, and community. We wanted to create more than a mobile bartending company—we wanted to create an experience where people can celebrate life’s biggest moments without worrying about the little things. A place where every guest feels welcomed, every detail feels intentional, and every event feels like it was made just for you. From our family to yours, we’re here to bring the good drinks, great energy, and POURfection to your celebration.

The Battery Experience

Price$800

Description

Perfect for celebrations of up to 50-75 guests, the Battery Experience includes one certified POURfectionist bartender, custom bar setup and breakdown, and up to two signature cocktails. Your experience also includes mixers and fresh garnishes, a hydration station with water service for guests, and all essential cocktail supplies, including cups, napkins, straws, and bar tools. We’ll also provide stylish bar décor with a simple, clean, and elevated setup to complete the experience.

Gullah Gold Experience

Price$1,200

Description

Perfect for celebrations of up to 100 guests and includes two certified bartenders, custom setup and breakdown. Your experience includes up to three signature cocktails, premium mixers and fresh garnishes, a hydration station with water service for guests, and all essential cocktail supplies, including cups, napkins, straws, and bar tools. We’ll also elevate your setup with stylish bar décor and a themed menu display, adding the perfect visual touch to your celebration.

Holy City Pour

Price$1,600

Description

The Holy City POUR Experience is designed for celebrations of up to 150 guests and includes 3 certified POURfectionist bartenders, full bar setup and breakdown, a signature drink consultation, and up to 3 signature cocktails. Enjoy mixers, fresh garnishes, a full garnish station, hydration service, cocktail supplies, stylish bar décor with a themed menu display, and 1–2 bar flow coordinators to keep service smooth and efficient.

Palmetto Elite Experience

Description

The Palmetto Elite Experience is designed for celebrations of up to 200 guests and includes 4 certified POURfectionist bartenders, full bar setup and breakdown, a signature drink consultation, and up to 4 signature cocktails. Enjoy mixers, fresh garnishes, a full garnish station, hydration service, cocktail supplies, elevated bar décor with a themed menu display, and 1–2 bar flow coordinators to maintain smooth, efficient service during peak times.

    Mom of Bride

    Working with Hidden POURfections as the Mother of the Bride was one of the best decisions I made for my daughter’s wedding day. From our first conversation, they were quick to respond and gave us clear answers to every question we had. The bartenders showed up ready to go and created signature cocktails that felt personal to us and our guests loved them. What really impressed us was how they took care of everything without us having to ask. they went above and beyond in so many ways that weren't even part of what we paid for. Their prices were fair and honest, with no hidden fees. We can't recommend them enough to couples looking for a bar service that actually cares about making your day special.

    Wedding Day!

    Hidden POURfections was such a vibe for our wedding! We had about 100 guests, and NaTaishja was lovely to work with. She really worked with our budget and still made sure our guests had a great experience. Everything was smooth, the drinks were good, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. If you’re getting married and need a bartender, definitely book Hidden POURfections!

For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 10 months in advance.
To confirm your booking, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit 24 hours after you have received your quoted package . The remaining balance is due at least 72 hours before the event
Yes! Once we review your event details, we’ll work with you to create a drink menu that reflects your vision. Choose from our curated cocktail selections, or opt for a custom signature cocktail created just for your event.
We are a dry hire bartending service, meaning we provide licensed bartenders, bar tools, and setup — but you supply the alcohol. We do not sell or purchase alcohol on your behalf.
Our professional bartending team will arrive on time with all necessary tools, bar setup, and menu signage. We’ll handle setup, service, and cleanup — all you need to do is relax and enjoy the celebration.
