I’m Alexa, owner of Cactus Lemon, a handcrafted lemonade pop-up offering fresh squeezed 32 oz lemonades with bold flavors and custom toppings like cotton candy. We specialize in weddings, private events, and markets around Arizona. With a colorful booth and high energy service, we create a fun and flavorful guest experience that’s perfect for warm-weather celebrations. All of our lemonades are made to order and served ice cold with your choice of specialty syrup blends.

Cactus Lemon brings more than just a drink—we bring the vibe. Our setup is bright, photo-friendly, and refreshingly different. From vibrant cotton candy toppers to unique flavors like blue raspberry and passion fruit, every cup is a statement piece.     Best Lemonade in the Valley!

    If Cactus Lemon had existed when my wife and I were planning our wedding, it would have been at the top of our list. The drinks are handcrafted, the setup is clean and eye-catching, and the whole vibe is fun and refreshing — way better than the usual beverage options you see at events. Watching it come together behind the scenes, I can honestly say it’s not just lemonade. It’s an experience your guests will remember. If you’re looking for something unique that still fits beautifully into your wedding day, this is it. I just wish we had Cactus Lemon at ours.

Once you’re ready to book, we’ll send over a short agreement and invoice. We accept Square, Zelle, Venmo, or card.
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance, including gratuity, is due on the day of your event.
A 15% gratuity is added to all packages. If preferred, we can place a tip jar at the booth instead — but if guest tips do not reach 15% of the package price, the remaining balance will be added to your final invoice. This ensures fair compensation for our setup and service.
We understand that life happens. If you cancel at least 14 days before your event, you won’t owe the remaining balance — but the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to additional charges if supplies have already been purchased.
Final payment (including any gratuity balance if applicable) is due on the day of the event.
Yes! If your date changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new one at no extra cost, as long as we have availability.
We are a pop-up business and require a dry, shaded space to set up. If weather becomes a concern, we’ll work with you to pivot, adjust timing, or reschedule as needed. We have a clean white canopy available if needed for additional cost.
We’re based in San Tan Valley, Arizona, and serve events within a 30–50 mile radius. We also love Prescott and happily travel there with advance notice and additional travel fees. Just let us know your event location and we’ll make it work!
We recommend booking 1–3 months in advance to secure your date, especially for fall and spring weddings.
Just a flat, shaded space for our setup and access to parking. We bring everything else — lemons, water, ice, cups, decor, and good vibes! We also have a clean white canopy available if needed for additional cost.
Yes! We have kid-friendly and baby shower packages starting at 40 servings. They’re perfect for sprinkles, gender reveals, or backyard birthdays.
Absolutely! We offer themed signage, color coordination, and décor options to match your event style. Our Luxe package includes upgraded styling.
