How do we book and make a payment?

Once you’re ready to book, we’ll send over a short agreement and invoice. We accept Square, Zelle, Venmo, or card.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance, including gratuity, is due on the day of your event.

Question 3

Is gratuity included?

Accepted Answer

A 15% gratuity is added to all packages. If preferred, we can place a tip jar at the booth instead — but if guest tips do not reach 15% of the package price, the remaining balance will be added to your final invoice. This ensures fair compensation for our setup and service.

Question 4

What happens if we cancel or reschedule?

We understand that life happens. If you cancel at least 14 days before your event, you won’t owe the remaining balance — but the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to additional charges if supplies have already been purchased.

Final payment (including any gratuity balance if applicable) is due on the day of the event.

Can we reschedule our event?

Yes! If your date changes, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new one at no extra cost, as long as we have availability.

Is there a weather or rain plan?

We are a pop-up business and require a dry, shaded space to set up. If weather becomes a concern, we’ll work with you to pivot, adjust timing, or reschedule as needed. We have a clean white canopy available if needed for additional cost.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in San Tan Valley, Arizona, and serve events within a 30–50 mile radius. We also love Prescott and happily travel there with advance notice and additional travel fees. Just let us know your event location and we’ll make it work!

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking 1–3 months in advance to secure your date, especially for fall and spring weddings.

What do you need from us at the event?

Just a flat, shaded space for our setup and access to parking. We bring everything else — lemons, water, ice, cups, decor, and good vibes! We also have a clean white canopy available if needed for additional cost.

Do you offer smaller packages for baby showers or birthday parties?

Yes! We have kid-friendly and baby shower packages starting at 40 servings. They’re perfect for sprinkles, gender reveals, or backyard birthdays.

Absolutely! We offer themed signage, color coordination, and décor options to match your event style. Our Luxe package includes upgraded styling.

Do you offer different flavors?

Yes! We have a variety of fun and fruity flavors like strawberry, watermelon, passion fruit, cotton candy, blue raspberry, and more. You choose your favorites for your event.

What does your setup look like?

Our standard setup includes either one 8-foot bar or two 4-foot bars, depending on space and layout. We bring everything needed, including signage, supplies, and toppings. The setup is colorful, photo-friendly, and can be styled to match your event.

Do you need power or water hookups?

Nope! We are a fully self-contained mobile lemonade stand. All we need is a flat, shaded space to set up — no electricity or running water required.

Can we book you for indoor events?

Yes! We’re happy to set up indoors. We typically use one 8-foot bar or two 4-foot bars, but if space is limited, we can also use available counter space for our supplies. Just let us know in advance so we can plan the perfect layout for your venue.

How far out do you recommend booking your services?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during busy seasons: 🍋 Spring (March–May): Book 2–3 months in advance — perfect weather = high demand 🍋 Summer (June–August): Book early and plan for evening or shaded events 🍋 Fall (September–November): Our busiest season — book 3+ months in advance 🍋 Winter (December–February): Flexible bookings available — cozy indoor events welcome
