Bar Rouler is a fully licensed and insured mobile bar service, and we provide everything needed for a smooth and stylish bar experience — including alcohol, drinkware (glass or disposable), mixers, garnishes, ice, bar tools, and all necessary supplies. You just tell us what you love, and we handle the rest.
We serve Lafayette and the surrounding areas. If your event is outside of this region, we’re happy to travel! A delivery fee will apply based on the distance from Lafayette, and we’ll provide a custom quote depending on your event location.
Yes, we have a minimum headcount of 75 people for all booked events.

Absolutely. We carry full liquor liability insurance and operate under a Louisiana ATC attached caterer license. You can rest easy knowing we meet all the legal and safety requirements for bar service.
Yes! Every event is unique, and we love collaborating with you to create the perfect bar experience. We can tailor drink menus, service hours, and setup details to your style and budget.
For most packages, we handle the alcohol so we can ensure quality, compliance, and a smooth guest experience. However, we do offer a BYOB option with The DIY Pour if you already have your own stock and just need professional service.
As soon as you have your date! We recommend reaching out 6 to 12 months in advance if possible.
A signed contract and a deposit (deposit amount varies) secures your booking. From there, we’ll work with you on the fun stuff: drink menus, setup details, and more.
We typically need a flat area about 15-20 feet long and 10 feet wide, with clearance for access and maneuvering. Don’t worry—we’ll confirm details with your venue in advance.
We typically arrive a minimum of 2 hours before service begins to allow for setup, styling, and coordination with your planner or venue team.
