    Serenade Events provided beautiful ceremony music for our wedding. While communication was a bit slow leading up to the big day, with a few unreturned calls, everything came together seamlessly in the end. The musicians arrived early, set up quickly, and filled the venue with gorgeous, emotive sounds that complemented the joy of the occasion perfectly. Their professionalism and artistry were evident, creating just the right ambiance despite our lack of an opportunity to practice together. Even without a lot of advance coordination, they adapted beautifully and helped make our ceremony feel magical. The music continued flawlessly through the cocktail hour as well. Despite the communication hiccups, I'd still enthusiastically recommend Serenade Events for their obvious musical skill and reliable performance.

    As wedding planners, we had the pleasure of working with Serenade Events, and their string quartet was beyond beautiful. They added an extra special touch to the ceremony with their exquisite music. One of the highlights was their ability to accommodate a special song for a surprise, making the moment even more memorable. Jeff was incredibly helpful during the planning process, ensuring everything went smoothly. The team, consisting of Brandon, Niko, Miguel, and Nathan, was amazing. They were friendly, nice, and professional, creating a wonderful atmosphere. It was truly breathtaking when the bride walked down the aisle, and the quartet set the perfect mood. We highly recommend Serenade Events for any occasion that needs a touch of elegance and beautiful music.

    Do not hire these scam artists. My sister hired them for her wedding civil ceremony. The video they sent of the girl playing, was not the girl they sent to the venue. The woman who showed was an amateur and we couldn’t make out the songs she was playing. Unfortunately we didn’t read reviews, since my sister planned this event in one month and she didn't have much time. The young woman who showed up was not personable, didn’t have a professional appearance, and most importantly didn’t know how to actually play the violin. It was too late for us to do anything about it when she showed up. Unfortunately we found out the hard way. Also they only communicated well at the beginning but then they took so long to get back to my sister with her requests. Be ware. Ask questions and make sure you that who you think you are hiring is who actually shows up! Don’t hire these people, your ears will thank us later! Some moments you can’t get back!

    My sister booked a violinist for her intimate wedding ceremony in Austin, TX. Initially they sent her a long list of all the songs they played along with videos of an incredible female violinist whom she loved. She paid the deposit and requested she get the exact violinist on the video they sent. They went quite after that. She was so busy with wedding planning and figured they’d come through. Day of the wedding they sent a disheveled girl who WAS NOT the girl on the video, completely unprofessional in appearance, dirty/oily hair, no makeup and unfriendly. She did not know how to play the violin. Was clearly a novice, messed up the notes and did not play through the entire ceremony as my sister requested. My sister has tried to get in touch with them after the wedding to ask what happened because she is so upset. There has been no response and it has been a week. DO NOT BOOK THEM!! It is a complete SCAM!!
