Your wedding is a once in a lifetime event & it has to be perfect. We specialize in weddings & receptions with personalized service, and are very good at what we do! From your cocktail hour all the way to the party, D2 can provide just what you need. We will coordinate everything with your other vendors and our attention to detail will make sure everything goes smoothly. All you have to do is have fun!
I am very detail oriented, and love to see people have a great time. You won't see me standing still! Keeping your guests smiling and dancing is what I do :) Living in NOLA, music is everywhere, and I listen to all types ( and learn new all the time). Have been in the DJ / MC industry for 20years +

Fun & Accommodating DJ!
We had an absolute blast on the dance floor for over 5 hours. Darryl is an excellent DJ who paced the music and constantly read the room to fit the vibe on the dance floor. He was extremely accommodating by allowing us to create a Greek & Jewish Music playlist to play for the first hour of our wedding honoring our traditions, before he took over for the rest of the night. The dance floor was always full and the mod was excellent. Darryl was also extremely communicative throughout the entire process. He provides a customized portal to help the bride and groom log-in and organize their processional and recessional music, in addition to compiling music lists for the reception. Finally, the Photobooth is a great add-on! We highly recommend D2 Entertainment!

Flexible and Fun DJ!
We had a great experience with Darryl for our Wedding at Terrell House, New Orleans. He was very organized leading up to the wedding; he met with us twice on video call to go over the music selections and our timeline for the reception prior to the event. He was understanding that we did not have all the information in at the time of the first meeting and allowed us to have the second meeting to help us feel more prepared for the event. On the day of the wedding, he was set up on time, was flexible with changes to the timeline, kept the evening going, and listed to requests made by us and our guests. We were very satisfied with the service.

D2 Entertainment was fantastic to work with for our wedding. The client portal made it easy to communicate with Darryl, the DJ, throughout the planning process. On the day of, Darryl was great - he got the party going with his upbeat song selection and seamless transitions. Everyone loved the music and the energy he brought. We also got the mirror photo booth from D2 Entertainment, and it was a huge hit with our guests. Overall, D2 Entertainment provided professional, friendly service and helped make our special day unforgettable.

Darryl is such a pro!
From our first meeting, Darryl was a dream to work with! We opted for a more hands-off approach to music and leaned heavily on Darry's recommendations for reception music after the first dance. Darryl's selections keep our guests on the dance floor, which was certainly a challenge for a Sunday afternoon wedding. We would not only recommend D2 Entertainment, but would also encourage those in the area to book them!
