Travel Fee Policy - Travel fees apply to events located outside the New Orleans metropolitan area. - The standard travel rate is $1.00 per mile (one-way) per member of each ensemble. - This rate helps cover fuel, vehicle wear, and travel time for band members. - For events within 20 miles, a flat travel fee of $50 may be offered. Example: - If your event is 50 miles away and you book a 6-piece band, the travel fee is: 50 miles x $1 x 6 musicians = $300 total travel cost. Breakdown fee is charged hourly pending on which component of C Hosey Productions is performing
