Russ and Conor first met at the University of Rhode Island, where they both earned degrees in Aquaculture and Fisheries. After years of exploring different paths, they decided to combine their love for the ocean, the environment, and entrepreneurship. In 2017, they launched Swell Oyster Company—the first, and still the only, oyster farm in Hampton Harbor, New Hampshire. We craft beautifully handmade charcuterie grazing tables, grazing tables + bites, charcuterie cups, and even dessert tables! Our services are entirely customizable, allowing us to perfectly tailor every detail to the individual desires, themes, and personal style of each couple on their special day.

Skye's in based out of Saco, Maine and creates cakes and desserts customized to your event needs! I (McKenzie Jones) am the pastry chef and owner, and currently bake out of my licensed home kitchen. I thoroughly enjoy working with couples to create the dessert table of their dreams that expresses who they are personally, and one that leaves their families and guests with dessert memories to last a lifetime.

I started my life in a small, 'down-home-cookin'' restaurant owned by my Mother. The restaurant business is in my blood. I purchased my truck in April 2014, a 1996 Chevy Utilimaster. It took 5 months of my own blood, sweat & tears to build it as the Muthah Truckah. I opened the window in October 2014 & have just kept on truckin' ever since! I love to cook. I love food. I love talking to people. I especially love to cook food that people ultimately love. Taking a moment, a comfort, a flavor, a memory & turning it into a delicious bite that'll make you smile. Tuck-ins are a roastable, Inside-Out S’more on a stick, each containing a crunchy handmade graham cracker, covered in decadent chocolate, all inside a fluffy marshmallow! Tuck-ins® are available in Classic, Cookies & Cream, and Peanut Butter! Tuck-ins can be given out as favors with guests roasting them at home over a gas or electric stove. You can even have your own roasting station at your event with TerraFlame Fire Bowls available through Tuck-ins!
