When I was 14 years old my father gave me a small digital point-and-shoot camera which he claimed was broken; turns out it only needed new batteries to start working again. After a good 6 months of using this little camera, my mother enrolled me in photography classes during the summer and that's when I got my first Digital SLR. Needless to say, I've never stopped taking pictures since then.

Our ancestors settled here in 1635 from Heavitree, England, hence the name. We are one of the few longest-living farms to continue in the founder’s name “Geer.” The Heavitree is an original 18th-century building saved and moved to its current location, a 140+ acre farm started by our ancestors in 1700. The original structure was a tavern in Rhode Island, saved from destruction by Charlotte Geer to complement her family’s historic farmland. With twelve rooms, including four sleeping chambers, modern amenities, and unique 18th-century rooms, the 4,780 sq. ft. farmhouse offers a historic experience. October 9th, 2010 - (10-9-10) I married my beautiful wife, Christy. Christy is the Studio Manager of Studio Ten9Ten. Together, on October 9th, 2010 we experienced a day full of family, friends, love and laughter. It is a day that we will continue to share with each other, with our kids, and hopefully our grand-kids. Experiencing this event gave a whole new meaning to the importance and significance of a wedding day. I am honored to be given the trust and the priviledge of telling a family's most important story for generations to come.
