Hilary was raised in Houston, Texas where she received her degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Houston. Hilary has been planning events her entire life from Birthday parties to dinners but it wasn't until she planned her own wedding that she found her calling. She is passionate about expressing everyone's personal love story and making sure each couple experiences what she was able to experience.
