Hi, my name is Alicia Munoz and I am the owner of Dulce Baking Company. New to the Tetons, I am Arizona native with a passion for pastry. I have been in the profession for about 8 years and my experience extends from cake decorating and baking in mom and pop shops, to holding the position of Pastry Sous Chef at Bronze Buffalo Ranch in Victor, ID. Currently, I reside in Driggs, ID with my fiancé and our baby girl.

I have been decorating cakes for over 10 years. I am a self taught cake decorator, with gained knowledge from hands-on classes, online tutorials, as well as TONS of personal trial and error. I am always grateful for the opportunity to add a little extra sweetness to special moments!

My name is Lanae Workman, Owner and creative genius behind Paisley Cakes. I have had a passion for baking and dessert since I was a child, using my first Easy Bake Oven. I began decorating cakes as a hobby, and that hobby soon turned into a desire to run a business. I graduated from college with a Bachelor's degree in business management, an emphasis in marketing, and a minor in culinary arts. I was fully prepared for the next step, which was to open a shop, and share my talents and tasty cakes with you! That dream became a reality in August of 2013, when I, with the help of my husband Michael, opened our cake shop in Blackfoot.

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.
