Located at 3687 Briarcliff Road NE, Atlanta, this incredible home is a great venue for a movie or TV set or special events. While the interior of the property doesn’t reflect the layout of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, it does contain a few replicas. There is an Oval Office, with a desk similar to the President and a replica of Lincoln’s bedroom, with a copy of the Emancipation Proclamation on the wall. However, there are some major differences, including a large swimming pool at the back of the property.

We’re in Windward Business Center with a free three-mile shuttle. Downtown Alpharetta is four miles away and we’re 10 minutes from Avalon Boulevard and Ameris Bank Amphitheatre. The Carriage House is a climate controlled 2250 square foot Carriage House opens from both sides with sliding carriage/barn doors, into the Carriage Room which has a beautiful cherry wood floor, fireplace mantel with lighting, Chandeliers and red carpet runner leading through to the Deck and the Amish Wedding Gazebo. The Carriage Room also offers a vendor kitchen where food can be assembled, heated and plated for your event. The Carriage Room is inviting and welcoming. It is fully furnished with a western flare but also looks spectacular when it is dressed up with our beautiful linen and fine bone china. The original home, built in 1934, was added on in 2006, is the perfect blend of farmhouse design & natural elegance. The original coal-burning double-sided fireplace stands in the center of the room, with the original well in the kitchen. 160-year old barn beams were converted into fireplace mantels. The main reception wall has 120-year old reclaimed hardwood on both sides of the fireplace. The Venue is a perfect setting for Rehearsal Dinners, Wedding Receptions, Corporate Events, Baby Showers & Reunions. We offer a beautiful rustic chic barn with bridal and grooms suite. We offer indoor or outdoor sites. We have a doctor closet full of simple and elegant decor that you can use free of charge. You get use of the venue all day on Friday from 9am-9pm to set up the space and make it your own. You also get a day of coordinator that is included in the price. She will come on Friday to do a rehearsal for your bridal party. On Saturday you get use of the venue from 9am until midnight. We provide you with staff during your wedding to help with anything that needs to be done. You also get two parking attendants and golf cart service for an hour prior to your wedding.
