“Ashley is a dream to work with! I'm so glad that our paths crossed and I got to work with her because I am not a person that is very makeup or hair experienced. Ashley was able to make me look my best when given very vague ideas such as just my wedding color scheme. I had no inspiration pictures, and no idea what I wanted to look like, just that I wanted to "look nice" which I'm sure would result in laughter by most makeup artists, but Ashley was a true professional, and walked me through some prior pictures and ideas to make me look my best for my special day. I loved my wedding trial appointment which helped work out all the details and make me feel super excited. However, when I decided I wanted to tweak my hairstyle without practice for the wedding day to be more down at my now husband's request Ashley was awesome and went with the flow without any additional practice and took it all in stride. On my wedding day I hired additional help to do my bridesmaids hair as I had a large bridal party that needed hair and makeup done in addition to myself, my mother and my now sisters in law. When one of the other stylists got sick the morning of Ashley remained super calm and professional and jumped in to help as much as possible even though we fell well behind our timeline. With the help of some high school friends in addition to Ashley taking more onto her plate we were able to get done just in the knick of time, but Ashley was instrumental in helping myself and my bridal party remain calm and get everything done just in time. I am a COVID-19 bride, (October 2020), but my day was perfectly imperfect and it COULD NOT have been pulled off without Ashley at my side. Brides, please put your trust in Ashley. Her tips and extra effort is invaluable, and she is a wonderful partner especially with adapting to change, and helping guide you through the process if necessary for brides like myself.”

“You cannot go wrong with Primped! I had Lindsay for makeup and Allie for hair - they were wonderful! They did my hair, 4 bridesmaids, my mother-in-law, and my mom’s hair. I cannot say enough about how great they both were! We were able to meet and do a trial before the wedding to discuss the look I wanted both in terms of makeup and hair, and they both ensured I was completely comfortable with the end results. All of the other women who had their hair and makeup done loved the end result. Allie and Lindsay were both excellent about ensuring everyone had as much or as little "extra" in their makeup or hair. For instance, my mother-in-law is not as comfortable with a lot of glamour, so Lindsay and Allie were great about ensuring her hair and makeup were more natural compared to some of the others. They are both also just such kind people who were a welcome addition to our morning of getting ready - everyone had rave reviews for them. Primped is a wonderful company with great people who work for them. My hair and makeup lasted all night and I loved the way I looked :) The cost is definitely worth it - you won't regret hiring them!”

Amanda was the artist I worked with and I can’t say enough great things about her! Working with her for our engagement photos and my wedding HMU trial, she took the time to ask detailed questions and fully understand what I wanted/the look I was going for. She was great at communicating and providing a safe space for me to give feedback on what I liked/didn’t like, took detailed notes and photos, and made sure I loved the final result. On the day of my wedding, she was such a calming presence and helped me through the roller coaster of emotions you have as you’re getting ready for your wedding. She made me feel comfortable, listened to feedback, and made sure I was completely happy with my final look. We just got our photos back and I am obsessed with how my hair and makeup turned out and how it lasted all day! I can’t recommend Amanda enough for her skills but also her as a person! The rest of the team did an amazing job the day of, my bridesmaids and mothers all looked beautiful, they were on time, and professional, and made the morning run smoothly!
